What drew you to intern with Didion?
I was drawn to Didion for the culture and company values, the fact that Didion is family owned and operated and for the opportunity to mill a grain I’m not familiar with.
What projects have you worked on/are currently working on?
Product development, whole grain and setting roll gaps on the roller mills.
What attracted you to the milling profession?
I was attracted to Agribusiness and Milling because they’re both in the Agriculture sector, provide hands-on experience and allow you to work both indoors and outdoors. I enjoy getting my hands dirty and being involved in the overall milling process, as well as working in the background on both management and overall operation of a mill.
