What drew you to intern with Didion?
What drew me to intern with Didion was the family-based culture that was quickly instilled during the interview process. I was also drawn by the creative freedom Blake, our Marketing Specialist, allows me to have on all of my projects, while still providing a balanced level of guidance.
What projects have you worked on/are currently working on?
Currently, I am working on creating recruitment videos in the form of Didion employee testimonials. This includes meeting with the selected employee, fully hearing their story, filming their testimonial, and editing/producing the footage. I have also formed a committee of Didion employees who will assist me in planning the Didion employee summer picnic. The committee and I are responsible for setting a budget, finding food and drink vendors, and setting up recreational activities.
What attracted you to the marketing profession?
I became attracted to marketing due to the fact that I am a social person and it is a profession that allows you to interact with a lot of different people and personalities. It also is a profession that not only requires you but allows you to utilize creativeness.
