What is your role at Didion?
My role at Didion is to manage internal and external marketing functions. I help to bring creative marketing solutions to our various internal teams. Everyday, I work to champion Didion’s brand and tell the company’s story.
How does your role help the organization and the community?
Marketing helps to be the line of communication from our company to the world. We find creative ways to share Didion’s story and achievements with others. Our marketing efforts help in recruitment, company growth, fostering partner relationships, and supporting the communities in which we work and live.
What do you find the most rewarding about working at Didion?
There is a lot of room to be creative and bring new ideas to the table, not just in marketing, but across all departments. There is a strong team environment. I always can count on my team for support and a helping hand.
Are there any career highlights or industry skills that have contributed to your career path?
The projects I have worked on at Didion have helped to grow my skills and knowledge in both marketing and business. Being able to touch so many areas of marketing is not something every marketer gets the chance to do. I am very grateful for the opportunities I have received.
