Celina Banderas
Quality Assurance Lab Lead

A DIDION JOURNEY

Every fork in the road leads to a new opportunity. That fork for Celina came at the age of 13 when she moved to Wisconsin from Mexico. At 18, Celina was ready to join the workforce full-time and answered the call for temporary help at Didion. That temporary job turned into another fork in the road – a career in a science-related field.

Eleven years later, Celina has flourished – learning, excelling, and working her way to her role today as Quality Assurance Lab Lead.

Working in the lab has given Celina hands-on experience that has contributed to her career path and helped her achieve her goal of providing for her family, which is at the top of the list for this mother of three.

“Didion has provided access to outstanding training, and I am not afraid to ask questions, which has been extremely helpful in my job growth,” Celina said.

The support she has received from her colleagues has been instrumental in her success. The people are one of Celina’s favorite parts about working with Didion. Over the years, she has formed several great working relationships and made some new friends along the way.

Aside from the people and being in the lab, knowing that Didion is feeding the world motivates Celina to continue to come into work each day with a purpose: make the best product that we can.

“I never thought I would be where I am today, and I could not be more grateful for being given the ability to provide for my family and work with great people,” said Celina.

And Celina’s journey isn’t over yet as she considers furthering her education and growing with the company.
