As a Soy Bean Plant Operator at Didion, you will work in our bean plan to directly oversee the grinding of soy beans to be shipped to other Didion facilities where they a manufactured into food ingredients found in every day foods as well as our famine relief product that directly impacts the fight against world hunger. We are seeking an ambitious team member interested in growing in this role to become the number #2 for the plant leader and eventually develop into higher level leadership within Didion’s facilities. This role will include hands-on work in checking machinery, reviewing outputs, taking samples, and adjusting components to ensure we create a quality product for customers on time, every time. In addition, this person will be mentored directly by the plant leader and other Didion management to grow in their skills in leading teams and the a manufacturing plant.
An ideal candidate has worked in manufacturing operations bringing related experience. We are hope to see a technical school or bachelors degree in engineering, maintenance, food science, or a related field.
