Didion Featured on Into the Outdoors

Cambria, Wis. (January 19, 2012) – Didion Milling and Didion Ethanol will be featured on an Into the Outdoors episode titled, “Big Things from Small Stuff”. The episode will be shown this weekend, January 21-22, 2012 on local channels. The episode features the full life of a corn kernel from the planting by area corn farmers using modern combines to the harvest phase. Local farmers, Mark Schroeder of De Forest and Bill Hoffman of Columbus are featured. Production of corn kernels into products is displayed in the balance of the episode, which features Didion Milling’s innovative fractionation process at its dry corn mill in Cambria. Didion Corn Milling Manager, Doug Stucky can be found showcasing Didion’s line of HarvestGold Family of Corn Products. Didion’s sustainable business practices utilizing the full value of a kernel of corn continues at Didion Ethanol. Didion Hosted WI Biofuel Industry Event

Cambria, Wis. (September 30, 2011) – Didion Ethanol played host to Wisconsin’s Biofuel Industry Event on Thursday, September 29th – co-sponsored by Wisconsin Bio Industry Alliance and Wisconsin Corn Growers Association. The event educated attendees on Wisconsin’s corn and ethanol industries and highlighted the Didion Ethanol production process. Attendees learned of that the economic impact of Wisconsin’s ethanol industry is remarkable. For each 50 million gallon plant, 700+ direct and indirect jobs are created and about $150 million gets pumped into the economy. For all of Wisconsin’s nine plants, that equals 6,300+ direct and indirect jobs and about $1.35 billion invested in the economy. Learn more…

Didion Hosts Old Mill Foundation 5th Annual Golf Outing

Fox Lake, Wis. (August 4, 2011) – Didion Milling was proud to host the 5th Annual Old Mill Foundation (OMF) Golf Outing on Friday, July 29th. Twenty teams enjoyed the sun, while they raised money for a great cause on the links at Fox Lake Golf Club. This year’s outing raised approximately $8,000 for the OMF’s mission to enhance the areas of Cambria, Cambria- Friesland School District, and Courtland. 20th Year of Didion Employee Turkeys

CAMBRIA – On behalf of Didion Milling, Inc (Didion), John and Dow Didion gave each of their employees a turkey to assist in their Thanksgiving celebrations amongst family and friends this year.
